Q. WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF MY JEWELLERY CANNOT BE REPAIRED?

A. When we receive your Piece of jewellery, a full estimation is made to determine if it Is repairable. The reasons can vary, and they will be fully explained to you by email or verbally. Unless you request to have your jewellery return to you by other means at a different cost, your piece of jewellery will be return to you at the address supplied on the enclosed repair form by first class signed for, and not trackable.

Note:  If you chose to have your piece of jewellery return to you by other mean, it will be at your cost, and we will not be liable or responsible for any damaged or loss of your piece of jewellery. By taking this step, you waive all rights to complain or challenge us.

Q. WHAT HAPPEN IF THE REPAIR IS NOT COMPLETED?

A. The repair can be delayed by natural and disaster, unforsaken majeure phenomena such strikes, attacks, official restriction, and event beyond our control. We will contact you and discuss the progress or postpone the delivery of your jewellery depending on the nature and scale of the event faced.

Q. HOW CAN I CLAIM DAMAGE AND LOSS OF MY JEWELLERY?

A. You must contact us immediate by writing, via email or formal letter, so that we can start a claim against royal mail.

Note: you will be requested to provide a proof of sales receipt or if requested a valuation document, without these documents your claim will not be successful.

Q. WHERE DO I COMPLAIN IF I AM NOT HAPPY THE SERVICE I RECEIVED?

A. If for any reason you are not happy with the service we provided, you must contact us. Please submit your complaint in writing giving all details and reasons why you are not happy at info@Magennisjewellery.com. If you are still not happy, then you can contact https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/ and the ombudsman  https://www.ombudsman-services.org/.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE REPAIR?

A. We thrive to provide the best customer service and jewellery service you can possibly have. Your repair came with a 1-year warranty. If the repair service is not done to your satisfaction, we will do our best to rectify the problem.

Q. HOW LONG A REPAIR CAN TAKE?

A. We can only be able to give you an estimated time after analysing the piece of jewellery. This will depend on the nature of the repair and how much work is needed. The sourcing of the material is a factor and that can determine the duration of the repair. When it is simple the estimated time vary from twenty-four hrs to 7 days.

Q. CAN A REPAIR BE DONE THE SAME DAY?

A. Again, it dependent on the nature of the repair and sourcing the material. And emergency service is subject to additional cost depending on the urgency and nature of the repairs.

Q. CAN YOU COLLECT MY JEWELLERY?

A. Yes, we can if you live within the 10 miles radius from our postal address PO12 4AT.
