Our international charges vary from countries and world Zone 1 and 2 as directed by royal mail price indices. the basic price indices are shown bellow.

Please note that royal mail will charge £1.44 for each added kg. We trove to be transparent and follow the royal mail indices price. Royal mail price indices changes will also affect our delivery prices. The changes will reflect on the basket when choosing posting options.

How is my delivery done?

After the goods are paid for and a confirmation email has been sent to you, then the process of delivery will start immediately.

NORMAL we estimate the delivery time within the

UK mainland up to 7 days

Eire approximately 12 days

Europe approximately 12 days

Canada Approximately 14 days

USA Approximately 14 days

Elsewhere up to 28 days

Your good will be deliver by airmail for international customers. UK mainland will receive their goods via normal royal mail delivery process applicable. Usually tracked and signed for.

Do you do special delivery?

yes this option will be listed on your shopping card. If you wish to choose this option you can do so. Please note that special delivery is subject to restriction.

If you purchase an item before 9 am or by 9 am on Monday to Thursday, your delivery will arrive the next day by 1pm as guarantee.
Any purchase made on Friday will be delivered on Monday instead. But you do have another option to choose the special delivery guarantee by Saturday 1pm. If you do so. A higher postage price will be applied.

Can you deliver my purchase to a different address?

Yes just enter the address you wish your good to be sent to and we will delivered.

Can you send and item as gift?

Yes, we will send your item as a gift providing that you select the give option. An addition fee will be added to cover our overhead on gift packaging. Add £1.50

What will happen if my good is held by the customs agency?

We have not had a situation where a client had an item held by custom. If that is the case, then you the customer will be responsible to pay all fees payable to the custom. Normally such fees may be required when you live outside of the EU.

What if I don't receive my item?

Fortunately, all packages will be sent to you ether signed for or traceable. If you have not received your item within the time limit allocated to your area, Please go to the royal mail tracking page and enter the tracking number given to you. If you still fail to locate the item please contact us immediately at info@magennisjewellery.com
