If an evaluation for a repair is beyond what a client is expected then, we will simply return the clients jewellery free of charge. WHITE GOLD

Made from yellow gold mixed with white metal alloys like palladium or silver, coating with rhodium.

YELLOW GOLD

Yellow gold is a precious metal that occurs naturally. It’s a very soft metal and in its purest form.

9K gold contains 37.5% pure gold.

14K gold contains 58% pure gold.

18K gold contains 75% pure gold.

PLATINUM

Platinum is a naturally white metal, rare than gold, much heavier, much harder, and more expensive

ROSE GOLD/ RED GOLD, PINK GOLD

Made of pure gold (37%), copper (43%) and silver (20%) alloys. The combine metals give the metal its beautiful rose colour Is an alloy composed by weight of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper

Please note that we do provide a pre-paid envelop for you to send us your jewellery. But when the repair is finished and ready to be sent to you, you as the customer should tell us how you want your jewellery returned to you. The method of delivery to you will be added to the cost of the repair. This question will be asked when we contact you when we evaluate and quote for the work on your jewellery.

FAQs

A) What if I did not receive a pre-paid envelop after completing the online form.

Please check that you have provided the right address. If yes then send us an email at info@magennisjewellery.com and we will send you another pre-paid envelop.

B) What if the price of repair is far higher than expected.

Do not worry we will not go ahead without your approval. We will return your items free of charge if you do not wish to proceed.

C) What if I am not happy with the repairs undertaken on my jewellery.

Each repair is completed to the highest standard. We take any comments and complaints seriously. We will contact you and discuss with you how to resolve any issues you have. at info@magennisjewellery.com

D) How long does my repair take?

The minimum time is 14 days. But more time can be allocated to a repair due to complexity of the repair or availability of materials from suppliers or unforeseen events. When this happen then we contact you and let you know how long the repair will take.
