Via our website, click the service you require, and upload pictures of the jewellery you need to be repaired and fill out the form with all the requirements and details of the repair(s) we need to do.

You can also contact us via our WhatsApp account using our number 0786-2042 800, upload your pictures and explain in detail what you need done.

You can also call us on 07862042800 and explain what you want done. Bear in mind that we will as you to upload a picture to see details of the jewellery and what needs to be done. We may not be able to give you a quote on the spot and may ask you to bring or send it to us.

  1. We will send you a prepaid first class envelope by post. Place your jewellery inside the envelope and seal it. Click this link Royal Mail Special Delivery to view the prices of sending back your item to you. 
  2. if you are sending your jewellery by post, make sure that the envelope is firmly sealed before posting. We advise that a photograph is taken when putting the items in the envelope and, if possible, when handing the envelope to the post office. We recommend that extra care is taken when sending valuable items.
  3. We advise the sender to retain proof of postage. It is proof that the envelope has been sent to us.
  4. You can also pop into our family workshop and hand in your jewellery for repair, at 12 Cedar Close Gosport Hampshire PO12 4AT. Do call us on 07862042800 before heading to our workshop. We may be away visiting a client. We only see customers by appointment.
  5. If you are not sure about the nature of your jewellery material when filling in the online form, do not worry. The first thing we do when we receive your jewellery is to determine what it is made of, and we will advise you accordingly.
  6. When we receive your jewellery an automated e-mail is sent to you followed by a text message. We will then follow up with a phone call to reassure you that we have safely received your items.
  7. An additional check is made to ensure that the ring material and stone are formally identified, and stones set properly. We will advise you if there is a difference of appearance between the uploaded pictures on the form and the jewellery received.
  8. Our repair evaluation and quote will list the duration of the work; the materials used and the complexity of the task. If there is a material cost, i.e. to enlarge your ring or to replace a claw or lobster clasp, or any other material necessary to complete the repair, we will let you know in advance before starting the work.
  9. We will check any hallmarks and do our best not to disturb them during the repair, especially when the ring has to be resized from a larger size to a smaller size. IF the hallmark is an obstacle; we will discuss this with you before starting the work.
  10. It is only when both parties agree on the fee that work will start.
  11. We will update you on the progress of the repair until the finish of the process.
